From Vienna/Linz via the A1—take the Schörfling am Attersee exit—then continue 17 km on the B 152 through Weyregg am Attersee to Steinbach am Attersee
From Salzburg via the A1 – take the Mondsee exit – then continue 25 km via Unterach am Attersee and Weißenbach am Attersee to Steinbach am Attersee
From the north via the A8 – take the Ried exit – drive about 4 km to the town of Ried, then continue 60 km via Frankenburg – Gampern – Schörfling am Attersee – Weyregg am Attersee to Steinbach am Attersee
From the south via Bad Ischl—it’s another 25 km from Bad Ischl—turn left after about 4 km—through the Weißenbach Valley to Lake Attersee—in Weißenbach am Attersee, turn right toward Steinbach am Attersee
Train:
Coming from Vienna/Linz/Wels, travel to Vöcklabruck or Attnang-Puchheim and continue by bus or taxi to Steinbach am Attersee
From Salzburg to Vöcklabruck or Attnang-Puchheim, then continue by bus or taxi to Steinbach am Attersee; or alternatively, take the train to Vöcklamarkt station and ride the Attersee Railway to Attersee—then continue by boat to Steinbach am Attersee
By plane:
From W. A. Mozart Airport Salzburg, take the A1 to the Mondsee exit and continue to Steinbach (approx. 60 km)
Blue Danube Airport Linz: Take the A1 to the Schörfling exit, then take the B152 to Steinbach (approx. 90 km)
