Open-Air concert location for 30.000 - 40.000 visitors!

Open-air concert location After many years of trotting and racing events being held for the Wels Carnival, the decision was made on 21 November 1892 to found the Wels Trotting Association. The city racecourse was available, but its layout was soon found to be unsuitable. As a result, a new racecourse was constructed in 1898. This 5-hectare festival meadow is now the location for major events such as open-air concerts, sports competitions and gala evenings for between 30,000 and 40,000 visitors.
