Kremsmünster Abbey is fascinating not only because of its unique setting but also for its centuries of history. As one of the earliest abbeys founded on Austrian soil, it dates from 777 when it was built by Duke Tassilo III of Bavaria. As an event venue, the abbey scores well with its impressive historic architecture and extensive gardens. The abbey is open for training courses, seminars and group meetings. In its special environment – the abbey is a haven of peace and quiet – you can choose from a variety of rooms with different furnishings and thus create an appealing ambience for your event.
