Spend your holidays in nearly untouched nature. Our inn is located within a beautiful hilly and forested landscape. The immediate proximity to the natural attraction “Schlögener Schlinge” and the Donausteig hiking trail makes the pension an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tourists.

We resommend our guests, which are arriving by bike, to take the main road “Bundesstraße B130” (route with an ascent!) because our inn is located approx. 3 km above the Danube Cycle Path.

Spend your vacation in largely untouched nature. The quiet location is perfect for children, (far) away from road traffic. Our little guests can watch and/or help feed the deer. Additionally, there are cats and rabbits at our guesthouse to pet.

We have a total of 8 double rooms and 1 single room. These are modern and newly furnished, including an LCD TV. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. Furthermore, we have 1 ground-floor room. Please let us know at the time of your inquiry if you would like this ground-floor room.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms and WITHOUT BALCONY!

The indoor swimming pool in the village is available to our guests from October to early April.

Our hiking breakfast: Our inn is the ideal starting point for hikes and leisurely walks. Well strengthened after a delicious and extensive breakfast, you can start a nice hiking tour from our inn. Breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. We ask for registration: 07279/8522

Cancellation: up to 7 days before arrival there are no cancellation fees. Up to 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the room price. In the event of no-show, we will charge the full room price.

Not far from the town center - near the natural wonder of the Schlögener Schlinge. You can reach us comfortably by bus or car from Haibach whether coming from the Danube or directly via the federal highway 130 (Linz / Passau). Bus and car parking spaces available!

We recommend our guests who are out and about by bike to choose the approach via the B130 federal road (with an incline!) Directly to Hotel Donauschlinge, as our inn is located approx. 3 km above the Danube Cycle Path.
