Our bakery and café have always been extremely popular. Creativity, high-quality ingredients, and constantly new creations of breads and pastries result in a wide range of products. Due to the growing demand, Karl Schlair decided as early as 1998 to bake fresh bread and pastries for his customers on Sundays.
Our family also highly upholds the café and pastry tradition. In our spacious classical Art Nouveau café, we are pleased to pamper you with a large selection of breakfasts or with tempting cakes, fluffy pastries, and delicious strudels according to the finest Austrian pastry art.
