We bake real bread!
To do this, we need flavourful, organic and regional ingredients. Where it makes sense, we buy our organic raw materials directly from partners in the region in order to build long-term, transparent and respectful relationships.
We believe that real bread only needs three ingredients (grain, water, salt) and genuine craftsmanship. We therefore avoid additives and baking mixes and give our doughs the time they need to rise. Our natural sourdough not only gives the bread a unique flavour, but also makes it last longer. And because it simply tastes better to us, all of our products are 100% wheat-free.
