manuell stands for honest craftsmanship and the highest quality standards. And that literally - "by hand" means manually translated from Latin, and that is exactly how the new bakery | pastry shop | café works. No industrial prefabrication, no baking mixes - instead the best ingredients and long dough processing. This is the only way to create traditional handmade rolls and classic cakes from Sacher to Malakoff that are second to none. Both master pastry chef Bianca and master baker Toni also know how to surprise and impress with their own creative creations.
In future, you will even be able to look over the shoulders of the two masters as they bake and create: On site in the small show bakery or online via the "Bread-Cam". A live stream will provide digital insights into the craftsmanship. This is not the only innovation that perfectly combines tradition and digitalisation - on Sundays, you can easily reserve bread and pastries in the online shop. This means that your favourite items are never out of stock. Not even for late risers.
