With our Japanese cuisine in the heart of Linz Altstadt we want to bring a piece of Japanese tradition to Linz.
Instead of offering fast food like sushi, we have dedicated ourselves to the art of making ramen, because the best food doesn't come from the quick. That's why we cook our traditional tonkotsu soup for at least 16 hours before serving it to you to achieve the best flavour. Our homemade noodles are produced strictly according to the recipe of local Japanese masters. We prioritise the quality and freshness of our dishes, and to ensure this, as much as possible is homemade by master craftsmen.
