Welcome to Eis-Greissler, the ice cream maker from the Buckligen Welt! From the milk of their own cows they produce the classic and fancy ice cream varieties in their manufactory in Krumbach in Lower Austria.

In the heart of Linz, just a few metres from the main square, you can enjoy Eis-Greissler ice cream. Whether it's semolina pancakes or Zotter chocolate, the ice cream is made with high-quality ingredients and from the milk of their own cows. For the vegan ice cream varieties, they also do without milk and rely entirely on the flavour of fresh fruit. A stroll through the pedestrian zone of Linz is even more enjoyable with an Eis-Greissler Stanitzel.
