Our traditional bakery stands for a healthy and natural variety of baked goods. We only use our own recipes. The natural sourdough, wheat starter and exclusive use of butter give our bread and pastries as well as our pastries their incomparable flavour.

We offer a wide range of baked goods, including traditional classics such as our famous stone-baked bread and butter brioche as well as innovative creations such as garlic sticks and walnut bread. Our white bread is characterised by its high quality, and we are constantly expanding our wholemeal range for conscious nutrition. We have developed the Wiff-Zack Weckerl especially for schoolchildren.

In addition to our wide range of breads and pastries, we also offer pastries and cakes made according to our own recipes and with high-quality ingredients. For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, we offer customised cakes and special requests to order.
