Hoidinger's Mostschenke

The estate at Haberhaide has been inhabited and managed by seven successive generations of the Spitzbart family without interruption since 1753.

In March 1982, the farm was therefore granted the status of ‘Erbhof’.
The farm comprises approximately 20 hectares of agricultural land and 5 hectares of woodland.
Since 1990, we have been running our own cider house, which is visited and appreciated by guests from near and far. The products in our ‘Hoidinger’s Mostschenke’ are all home-grown. For several years now, we have been running a farm shop every other Saturday, selling fresh meat from Mangalitza pigs, Pustertal Sprinzen beef and poultry.
Dominik and Stephanie Spitzbart currently run the farm with their three children, Lea Sophie, Carolin and Felix.
