Our traditional country inn has been looking after its guests for almost two centuries. The "Rieblhaus" was first granted a catering licence in 1820 and in 1855 it was acquired by Matthias Blank from Ganglgut zu Peiskam. In the post-war years, guests received their hard-earned snacks from the then landlady Josefa Hainbuchner, even without ration coupons. This is why she was affectionately called "Pepi-Tant" by her guests until she was very old.
Maria Hainbuchner then ran the inn for 20 years. Under her management, another dining room was built and the bowling alleys were converted to four fully automatic lanes.
The love of down-to-earth cuisine and the character of the village inn have always remained the same since the establishment of the restaurant. It is still the aim of the current owners, Franz and Christine Hainbuchner, to continue to run the inn in the spirit of their ancestors with the help of the expertise they have acquired.
