The Fischbrathütte in the Fischerbucht is an insider tip on Lake Traunsee.
Directly on the shores of Lake Traunsee, the rustic restaurant offers Steckerlfisch (grilled fish) for bathing and excursion guests as well as friends of grilled fish, complete with an idyllic panorama.
While you eat your delicious Stanglfisch (Riedling) with lemon, garlic oil and brown bread at one of the rustic wooden tables, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.
The daily fresh fish is served, as is customary, in paper and with a fork - simple but unique.
We recommend a cool beer or a glass of cider with it.
Open from mid-April to mid-October from Tuesday to Saturday from 11.30 am and Sunday from 11.00 am (closed on Mondays).
