Our bakery is run in the 3rd generation as a traditional craft business - We stand for honest quality and baker's craft.

Sponge cake = eggs, sugar and flour.
Bread= flour, water, salt, spices, yeast and sourdough

What is sold in our shop is also baked by us (not only ready baked)!
