The Roßmarkt in Grieskirchen is a modern dining establishment with seasonal cuisine and a cozy venue for relaxed culinary evenings.
Florian and Theresa took over this historic place in February 2026 and are reimagining it.

Cooking is done with high-quality, seasonal ingredients and a keen sense for new ideas. Florian regularly brings modern creations to the plate – uncomplicated, well thought-out, and focused on flavor.

The offer is complemented by a small, carefully selected wine list, homemade syrups, and creative non-alcoholic drinks.

In the summer months from May to September, guests can expect a light summer menu with warm and cold dishes that are perfect for sharing or enjoying alone. A beautiful guest garden in the middle of the city invites you to spend relaxed summer evenings in a pleasant atmosphere. During this time, it is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the kitchen serving until 8:15 p.m.

As it gets colder outside in October, Roßmarkt moves into the small cozy dining room. The culinary concept also changes then: guests can choose 3, 4, or 5 dishes from a small menu that is updated every two weeks.
