The former rustic woodworking shop is now a quaint tavern that’s very popular with locals, vacationers, nature lovers, and hikers alike. Especially during the summer months, the cold beer from the rock cellar, served in the pergola-covered outdoor dining area, is a real treat!

Kneiding enthusiasts appreciate the idyllic setting along the Kösselbach—whether it’s a game of bowling on the rustic bowling alley spanning the stream, or, during the winter months, a game of curling behind the tavern or at the reservoir.
