The Ployer bakery has been supplying the Innviertel region with fresh baked goods for more than 120 years. Dominik Ployer is now the fourth generation to run the business.
Our business has a traditional artisan focus. We process most of the selected raw products by hand. Eighteen excellently trained employees ensure that you receive consistently high quality from us every day.
The small café with a great view
In our small café we serve a variety of Austrian coffee specialties and our best homemade pastries.
In summer, the cozy terrace is at your disposal, where you can enjoy the sun's rays undisturbed under the open sky. The breathtaking view over the Salzach river to the backdrop of Burghausen's old town with the world's longest castle is well worth a visit.
