Lippenbauernhütte

Our rustic Lippenbauernhütte is located on the Rettenbachalm - a popular excursion destination for hikers and mountain bikers in summer - easily accessible from Bad Ischl. You can also hike to us from Altaussee via a longer route. Our alpine hut has been around for 28 years. Surrounded by the wide alpine meadows of the Rettenbachalm, you can stay with us and fortify yourself with our delicacies: Our bread and cheese come from the farm's own organic store, and all our pastries are homemade!

On request, we also serve hot dishes such as roasts, Kasspatzn, Schnitzl etc. and we are also happy to organize parties such as birthdays, christenings, graduation parties... for our guests! There is room for 25 people in the hut and around 60 people outside.

Opening hours:

• Monday to Friday from 12.00 noon and Saturday, Sunday & public holidays from 11.00 a.m. - until 7.00 p.m.!

Tips:

• In October there is the cattle drive, where all 110 head of cattle are decorated and driven home - this is how we end the summer...
