Enjoy the cosy family atmosphere of our house and experience the hospitality of the Hiegelsperger family. The ingredients for the fine, fresh cuisine come mainly from the region from well-known suppliers. Our chef prepares regional delicacies and specialities for you with a lot of love, skill and attention to detail.

Buying regional food is fun - we take advantage of this wonderful offer! In our inn we use vegetables, cereals, milk and much more from suppliers in our region. We fatten our own cattle and pigs from an early age and process them ourselves.

The food is freshly prepared in accordance with a conscious diet. We bake our pastries ourselves. We offer hand-cut meat, and although the preparation is labour-intensive, we believe that this ultimately reflects the quality of our offerings.

Good food enhances well-being and increases the quality of life.
