Zinöcker snack-bar

The company was founded in 1978 by Hermine and Johann Zinöcker in St. Martin - directly on the B127, whose location has also stood the test of time to this day - with a simple snack stand.
The products were made by hand in the butcher's shop in the Zinöcker family home. Home-made, that is. Within a very short time, the name "Zini" became a permanent fixture in St. Martin's and among all hungry people who value home-made delicacies. The snack stand had to give way to a permanent snack bar, which now also offers the possibility of a cosy get-together.
In 2000, the tradition of home cooking was taken over by Manfred Zinöcker, a master butcher. The business was enlarged and offers sausages from its own production, and the product portfolio was expanded to include a catering area.

In 2020, the entire interior of the snack bar was redesigned and modernised, and the outdoor area also received a complete makeover. All to create a feel-good atmosphere for the customers.
Together with its hard-working team, "da Zini" still conveys old values with freshly cooked home cooking, from regional products, in a rustic environment. The snack bar is a meeting place for cosy regulars and lovers of sausage specialities, down-to-earth Mühlviertel dishes and other culinary delicacies. Particularly important here is the weekly menu, which changes daily, and the menu with seasonal and traditional dishes, as well as the Friday evening specials such as Ripperlessen, grill special, burger evening, steaks, etc.

The snack bar can also be booked for private parties of up to approx. 50 people inside and 60 people outside.
