Handcraft from principle The Obauer family has been baking tasty bread in Zell am Moos for seven generations. The ingredients for our products are carefully selected and are only available from regional suppliers. For our breads, we only use natural dough. For us, the dough can also take the time it takes: up to 24 hours the loaves rest before they are baked on stone slabs in the stoves. The natural dough means that the loafs become looser and more digestible and remain fresh even longer - we do not need flavor and preservatives! Enjoy a good coffee, consume a piece of flour, and philosophise a bit about life - that is the typical Austrian coffee house culture. In our cafe you can expect all this. But beware: it could be cozy!
How wonderful it is to start the day with a delicious breakfast! Are you more of the classic "A bun with marmalade or jam and Coofee" type? No problem! Or are you the "egg, ham, spread, cheese, jam, yogurt, granola, fruit, coffee, orange juice, champagne" type? That is also no problem! If you want to taste something of everything, you should come by on Wednesday morning, because we have an extensive breakfast buffet that day.
