Almost all year round, nature presents us with delicacies; fresh, colourful and full of vital nutrients. The quality of the food is the basis for a healthy diet. Take the best and prepare it in a natural and simple way.

To do this, we need valuable food and prepare it carefully, tasty and varied in order to reward our guests with a special taste experience and increased well-being.
We attach particular importance to natural rock salt, high-quality oils, a number of organic products such as local organic beef, game from the surrounding areas and fish from our own sea fishery. We also avoid flavour enhancers, convenience products and glutamate. We pay particular attention to our own production of pastries, soups, side dishes and much more. We use herbs from our own herb garden and spices, which make a major contribution to our health

Accessibility / arrival

You take the motorway towards Salzburg coming from Vienna, Linz or Munich. Take the exit Mondsee towards St. Gilgen - Wolfgangsee.
After passing the Mondsee, go across the "Scharfling-Pass" towards St. Gilgen. After the Pass you'll see a yellow castle called "Schloss Hüttenstein" with lake Krottensee.
After 500 metres go left after the firehouse. This part of St. Gilgen is called "Winkl". Here go to the right (Signs: Gasthof & Hotel Fürberg). You go through the forest downhill and you'll reach the beautiful Fürbergbucht. When you are at the lake, go to the right and you are right in front of the Gasthof & Hotel Fürberg
