Gasthaus Ranetbauer

The Ranetbauer inn has existed in Putzleinsdorf for three generations! The grandparents of the current owners acquired the house at Putzleinsdorf 8 around 70 years ago, having already run a pub and bakery in the house opposite (Putzleinsdorf 31). From Anna and Franz Ranetbauer - the wife was a master baker and innkeeper, which was a great sensation at the time - the business passed into the ownership of their son Ludwig and his wife Katharina Ranetbauer. When her husband died at the age of 39, Katharina Ranetbauer continued to run the business, which she passed on to her son Ludwig and daughter-in-law Martha in 1979.
