The Brucknerhaus organ was newly built in 2018 and technically upgraded to international standards. The instrument in the Great Hall of the Brucknerhaus presents itself as versatile, richly coloured and dynamically flexible and is suitable for solo tasks as well as for symphonic organ music of the 19th and 20th centuries. The famous composer and talented organist Anton Bruckner, who incidentally also gave his name to the Brucknerhaus, would have been delighted with the organ. On a guided tour with organist Martin Riccabona, you will have the opportunity to get to know this wonderful instrument better. The organist will explain interesting facts about the organ and pull out all the stops for you, sound samples included.
Group size: from 15 persons Group tours only on request.
Individual organ tours will be offered in Anton Bruckner's jubilee year on the following dates: 4 March 2024, 15 April 2024, 7 and 21 May 2024
