Sumerauerhof St. Florian

The Sumerauerhof, operated and managed by OÖ Landes-Kultur GmbH, is an outstanding example of the successful combination of tradition and modernity in the preservation of agricultural heritage. The decision to renovate the farm and implement a new operating concept has proven to be very successful.

The Sumerauerhof in St. Florian is dedicating 2026 to two main exhibition themes under the motto "Do It Yourself!". On the one hand, the focus will be on forms of DIY in the past and present, and on the other hand on ways in which nature can be actively and responsibly shaped in our immediate living environment. In this way, the Sumerauerhof 2026 will become a place where history, present and future enter into a productive exchange.
With its diverse offerings, the historic farm offers visitors a holistic and sustainable experience that demonstrates the importance of agriculture and rural life in today's world.

Visitors are welcome to take a guided tour of the orchard, Zackel sheep, old Styrian cattle and Steinpiperl.
