The PERG museum of local history is a regional museum, focussing on excavations and finds from the region as well as industrial history (the guild of Perger millstone cutters, kaolin mining, granite mining).

The Heimathaus-Stadtmuseum Perg is open to everyone every Saturday and Sunday from 14:00 to 17:00 and for groups by appointment.
