flapping and cackling in the Almtal - Naturschauspiel (spectacle of nature)
Guided nature tour in the Almtal

Of migrant songbirds and the heritage of Konrad Lorenz
We experience the bird world of the inner Almtal in the course of the seasons and in three different situations: We follow in the footsteps of Konrad Lorenz and his gray geese and preserve in history and in modern methods of behavioral research. Or, as citizen scientists, we slip into the role of behavioral researchers ourselves. The impressive bird migration at Almsee shows us bird ringing as a method of ornithological research.
