Experiencing Chickens – Learning Through Interaction.

Steinwänd 8
4645 Grünau im Almtal

Here at Roschopf, we open the door for children and adults alike to a special encounter with animals and nature. With a lot of heart, we facilitate animal-assisted activities that build strength, promote relaxation, and impart knowledge in a playful way.

Chickens are sensitive, social, and intelligent animals that live in communities, communicate clearly, and respond strongly to their surroundings. Their abilities are often overlooked because their behavior seems quiet, ordinary, and unspectacular—yet that is precisely where their special strength lies.

In this activity, we’ll have fun discovering the needs and daily lives of chickens. Together, we’ll observe the tame chickens up close, get to know them, and experience them with all our senses. This way, we’ll learn about chickens in a varied and child-friendly way.
