In the Salzachtal art forge, visitors can experience first-hand how unique artistic pieces are created from red-hot iron: artistic gates, railings, grave crosses, jewelry and accessories.
Master blacksmith Norbert Lechner guides visitors through the traditional workshop and tells exciting stories about the blacksmith's craft - between fire, sparks and creativity.
If you want more, you can swing the hammer yourself: In workshops and forging courses, participants make a small workpiece (e.g. a hand-forged pan, scroll, pendant or decorative object) under supervision and take it home with them as a souvenir.
