A unique experience in the run-up to Christmas - your own candle is created step by step from a candle wick.

Again and again, the candle dips into the fragrant beeswax, takes shape and becomes a wonderful Christmas gift or an unforgettable memory for your own home.
You can round off your visit in a delightful way at the Advent market on the cathedral square.

The Linz Candle Making will take place in the heated crypt of St. Mary's Cathedral for the first time in Advent 2025.

Bookable from Saturday, November 22 to Sunday, December 21.
From Wednesday to Sunday between 11:00 and 17:00

Appointments for groups are also possible in the mornings and from Tuesday to Friday from 09:00.
