On your arrival day, the thermal baths, including reserved relaxation areas for hotel guests, will be available from 8:00 a.m. On subsequent days of your stay, they will be open from 7:00 a.m. You can use the thermal baths and Caribbean sauna area until 12:00 p.m. on your departure day. To extend your stay until closing time, you can extend your stay for an additional fee. Your beach bag and daytime wardrobe will be available until your departure.

Our starting prices are per person per stay in a Classic Room based on double occupancy, excluding local tax. Weekend surcharges, higher room categories, and single rooms are calculated daily and according to the season.
Maximum flexible cancellation policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival at our 4-star superior hotel.
Excluding Christmas holidays (December 24 to January 7): Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Excluding public holidays: If a public holiday falls on the arrival day or a subsequent day during your stay, cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
After the respective cancellation deadline, we will charge 100% of the total price.
Please note that room cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In case of doubt, the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply.
