The teambuilding workshops are organized and held by Verena and Laura, who share a common training path and a love of horses.
Our co-trainers, the horses, have a particularly fine-tuned sense for emotions and dynamics and reflect these to us in a natural and honest way.
We make use of this by applying various systemic methods in order to provide our workshop participants with insights and sustainable solutions.
The duration and extent of the coaching can be adapted to suit your needs.
