Guided tour of the Ibmer Moor
What is so special about the Ibmer Moor? We look at how moorland is formed and how it feels. What does the peat moss do, how does the carnivorous sundew eat insects and which special bird species live in the moor? Of course, a bog footbath is a must.
Duration approx. 2-2.5 hours - cost per student € 3.00 minimum fee € 50.00 Please bring a mat to sit on, a towel and a snack.

Nature show tour "Laboratory in the moor"
for MS pupils and from 3rd grade VS
The "research trip" takes us deep into the moor, back to the ice age, to myths and stories. Workshop in the peat hut: using a laptop and microscope, we gain an insight into the activities of a researcher and carry out simple experiments ourselves.
Total duration: approx. 3 - 3.5 hours - costs per student € 4, minimum flat rate € 60, minimum 7 persons/maximum 25 persons
Please bring a mat to sit on, a towel, swimwear and a snack.

Nature show tour "What's moaning here in the moor"
Suitable for primary school children
Animal nature experience in the most important ground breeding area in Upper Austria. On the edge of the various wetland habitats of the Ibmer Moor, we encounter the attractive, very rare ground breeders such as curlew (moor flute), snipe (sky goat) and lapwing (whistler) and learn about the similarities between these birds. We look at nest building and the typical behavior of these birds.

Nature show tour "Legendary lantern picnic"
suitable from 6 to 12 years
This hike in the footsteps of will-o'-the-wisps and moor spirits begins shortly before sunset. We embark on a mystical journey of discovery into the Ibmer Moor with a lantern-lit picnic, mysterious moor legends and stories. Also possible as an end-of-school event!
Duration: with picnic approx. 2.5 hours, with sausage barbecue approx. 3 hours
Price per child and per adult (including rental lantern) € 5,--
Sausage barbecue at the campfire € 5,-- (1 pair of sausages + bread)
Please bring a seat mat, towel and snack.
