Under the guidance of bread sommelier Viktoria and chef Daniel, we will create a
a hearty feast for the palate that will delight you.

What can you expect?

A leisurely afternoon in the herb garden where the Innviertel wood-fired bread oven is at the center of our culinary creations. With expert assistance, a hearty treat is prepared - completely without electricity - "ausg'steckt" so to speak. The naturally sloping temperature zones of the wood-fired oven offer us the ideal conditions for our planned menu.
Bread sommelier Viktoria Hönegger from the Hildegard Naturhaus and chef Daniel Strobl from Wirt z'Weissau will guide you through this special afternoon.
