Chocolate factory and show business

The show shop in Pühret is integrated directly into the sales outlet.
It simply whets the appetite for more when you can look over the shoulder of chocolatier Kurt as he scoops, spreads, fills and sprinkles by hand.Fine chocolate made entirely by hand with ginger, nuts, herbs, liqueurs, honey or even spruce needles is created in many steps and takes time. As you watch, it becomes clear that these are products that are only remotely related to the usual industrialised chocolate.
