The Hochbuchet rock in Aigen-Schlägl is a beautiful vantage point in the Bohemian Forest with a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. It can be reached via the Bärensteinrunde trail no. 41 or easily from the Grünwald parking lot, from where it is a short walk down to the rock, including the viewing platform.
Documents from Schlägl Abbey report that between 1762 and 1775, large pilgrimages were made to Hochbuchet. Take a seat on the relaxation lounger and enjoy the view as far as the Alps!
