4-seat chairlift Wurbauerkogel

Conveniently up, with a wide view over the mountain world of Pyhrn-Priel: From spring 2027, the 4-seat gondola will take you to the Wurbauerkogel – the versatile adventure mountain for families, groups, and outdoor fans.

Already during the ascent, the panorama unfolds. At the top, you decide where the day leads: to scenic hiking trails, to the bike park, or to the climbing route park Bannholzmauer.

Five trails offer fun for different skill levels. The 760-meter-long Alpine Coaster takes you back down into the valley at speeds of up to 40 km/h through curves, waves, bridges, and jumps. At the climbing route park, routes range from A/B to E/F – from the first climbing experience to the athletic challenge.

Calm, yet no less impressive, the Wurbauerkogel reveals itself around the panorama tower: The 360° panoramic view extends over the surrounding mountains and up to 21 peaks over two thousand meters. Hiking trails lead further into the nature of the National Park Kalkalpen. Afterwards, regional cuisine and the sun terrace of the mountain restaurant invite you to arrive and let it resonate. One mountain, many paths – and the vastness that becomes more palpable with every meter of elevation.

The chairlift takes guests to higher altitudes, even by bike if they want. It is also a means to an end to experience the extensive offerings of the adventure mountain.
