More and more people are switching from wheat to spelt. It is better tolerated, but there are a few peculiarities to consider when baking in order to produce a moist bread that keeps fresh for a long time. A moist spelt sourdough bread, various rolls and, of course, something sweet are baked in the wood-fired oven and electric cooker.
