An idea and a lot of passion turned into a unique organic product.

The plant bore plenty of fruit, which we boiled down for fun to make the first chilli sauce of our lives. A few thousand bottles later, our fascination with these unique plants and the production of organic chilli sauce in the Mühlviertel has continued to grow.
