The stages are arranged in a star pattern, so you’ll always end up back at the Karlingerhaus after each day’s hike. That means you’ll only ever need a small daypack.

Richard Obereder, the manager of our lodge, has completed the Tour de Alm several times and will be happy to give you personalized advice on-site!
After the quite strenuous days of touring, you can enjoy organic coffee from Sonnentor, Freistädter beer, or wines from Hofbauer-Schmidt on the terrace of the Karlingerhaus! Or you can relax in the small wellness oasis with a sauna and indoor pool.

Right on the Königswiesen market square, several cozy Mühlviertel inns offer regional à la carte dishes daily, and along the Tour de Alm there are plenty of rustic places to stop for a bite to eat!
