Bärenhütte Hoess / Hinterstoder

At an altitude of 1450m, right on the high plateau of Huttererböden, in the heart of the Hinterstoder ski area, is our self-service restaurant BARENHUTTE HINTERSTODER.

With our popular ski hut classics such as Berner sausages, Wiener schnitzel with fries, Cordon Bleu, cheese dumpling soup, goulash with bread dumplings, and many other savory dishes, you can refuel during your ski day. There is also a wide selection of cold and hot drinks for the perfect break directly in the ski area. Special treats like our venison ragout from local wild game provide culinary variety time and again.

Sweet tooths will also be satisfied here: Coffee and cake, Kaiserschmarrn, as well as our popular yeast dumplings in butter or vanilla sauce make every break a delight.

The large wooden terrace invites you to soak up the sun and relax. With drinks from the umbrella bar, small snacks from the kiosk, and good music, you can particularly enjoy the wonderful view of the mountain world of Hinterstoder.

We are happy to cater to ski groups by prior arrangement.

You can reach us via the new 10-person Hössbahn or via the toll road Hinterstoder.
