Braugasthof Träger

The traditional brewery inn is located in the centre of Ried and has been family-owned since 1932.
We have around 120 seats and 35 comfortable guest beds.

Our house is already being run by the 4th generation. Our great-grandfather Johann Lechner founded the 1st Upper Austrian wheat beer brewery in 1933 - brewing continued in the house until 1981.
The brewery has now been converted into a small museum and can be visited at any time during the inn's opening hours. As part of the "Rieder Schmankerlroas", which is organised by the Volkskundehaus Ried im Innkreis, our brewery museum is one of several stops.
