Nordweide - Simply enjoy life

Your luxurious log cabin in Canadian style, your horse right next door, and all you see from the window is nature. The landscape of the Mühlviertel has a lot to offer. Our seven log cabins with the melodic names Alabama, Ohio, Nevada, Missouri, Nebraska, Dakota, and Tennessee were created at the place where hikers usually took their midday break. This cozy spot has been lovingly transformed into a charming log cabin village. Our offerings can be booked as self-catering or with a breakfast basket (April - November). For those who want to indulge in culinary delights, the surrounding area has some good inns and restaurants to offer!

All log cabins are equipped with a bathroom, shower, separate WC, bedroom, sleeping couch (or 2nd bedroom), wood stove, living area, fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, TV, and private sauna.

Our log cabins are bookable year-round.

Blockhaus Nebraska

The house "Nebraska" can accommodate four riders, as well as four horses in the 12-square-meter boxes with 16-square-meter paddocks. Enjoy the luxury of an extremely comfortable log cabin. Spread out in the cozy living area with sofa, seating area, and wood stove, enjoy the luxury of your own sauna, and sleep well in the cozy bedrooms on the upper floor.

In the design of the log cabin "Alabama", we incorporated all our gathered experience in the field of environmentally friendly construction. When selecting building materials, we placed great importance on using solid woods from the region. The furniture was crafted from reclaimed wood by ourselves.

The newest and largest house on Nordweide offers space for at least 4 to maximally 8 people. Here you will find a total of 3 bedrooms spread over two floors, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. You can relax in the sauna or on the window seat with a magnificent view. You can end your evening on the spacious terrace, where you can observe your horses in their paddock. A highlight is also the three associated open stables, which are located right in front of the house.

It offers a wonderful relaxation opportunity on the large sun terrace. Those who haven't sweated enough while riding can enjoy a relaxing session in the sauna while gazing out at the grazing horses.
