The Danube Resonance Trail offers experiential exercises in resonance with the elements and nature—including your own!—at 12 pristine natural sites along its 12.8-kilometer loop. There are also rest areas with exercise equipment themed around the elements and three personality sculptures. The Danube Resonance Trail is a hiking trail for anyone who wants to discover more about themselves through a mindful experience of nature in resonance. The four elements—WATER, AIR, FIRE, and EARTH—play an important role along this trail.
A special highlight: On October 9, 2026, as part of the “10 Days for Mental Health” initiative organized by pro mente OÖ and the “wandern-verbindet” series, there will be a group hike along the Danube Resonance Trail. The hike starts at 10:00 a.m. (long route) and 12:30 p.m. (medium and short routes)—with light refreshments provided.
