Day 1 - Individual arrival in Passau
Check-in at your hotel and handover of travel documents. The famous 'City of Three Rivers' will impress you with its beautiful old town – a perfect start to your bike tour along the Danube Cycle Path. Your rental bikes will be handed over at the local bike station.

Day 2 - From Passau to the Schlögener Schlinge, approx. 40 km
Your cycling trip leads you downstream along the Danube to the German-Austrian border. Don't miss a stop at Engelszell Abbey, where monastery liqueur has been crafted from traditional recipies for centuries.

Day 3 - From the Schlögener Schlinge to Linz, approx. 55 km
Today you'll enjoy bike touring through the stunning natural scenery of the Schlögener Schlinge. A short (approx. 40 min) climb to the 'Schlögener Blick' viewpoint rewards you with breathtaking views of the Danube's river bend. Continue on to the Upper Austrian capital Linz – perfect for a stroll through the city or a coffee break with a slice of Linzer Torte.

Day 4 - From Linz to Grein/surroundings, approx. 60 km
Cycling through the picturesque floodplains of the Machland region. Take a detour to Enns, the oldest town in Austria. From there, you continue to the charming riverside town of Grein.

Day 5 - From Grein/surroundings to Marbach, approx. 30 km
A highlight of your cycling holiday awaits: the legendary Strudengau. Once feared by boatmen for its swirling waters and rocky outcrops, this section of the Danube Cycle Path now offers a scenic and peaceful ride for all cyclists.

Day 6 - From Marbach to Vienna, approx. 50 km by bike, train ride from Krems to Vienna
Cycling through the Wachau Valley is undoubtedly one of the highlights of your bike holiday in Austria. This famous wine region is known for its crisp white wines and inviting wine taverns. After arriving in Krems, you'll take the train to Vienna – the grand finale of your Danube cycling tour.

Day 7 - Return transfer to Passau or additional nights
