How to get to the "Gmunden rockt" concerts in Gmunden in the Traunsee-Almtal region!

We recommend that you travel by public transport!

by train: via Attnang-Puchheim station to Gmunden station, with the Traunsee streetcar (line 161) from Stern & Hafferl to the Gmunden Rathausplatz stop, from Vorchdorf Eggenberg to the Gmunden Rathausplatz stop. The bus stop is right next to the entrance.

Numerous connections from Attnang-Puchheim station to the main trains on the Westbahn line (line 101) or via Gmunden to the Salzkammergutbahn in the direction of Bad Ischl, Hallstatt and Bad Aussee

by bus:
OÖVV bus lines 507, 505 or 533 as well as city bus lines from Gmunden, stop Gmunden Rathausplatz

by bicycle:
The concert area at Gmunden Rathausplatz is also very easy to reach by bike. The Traunvierteltour as well as the R4 Traunradweg and R 2 Salzkammergutradweg lead past the Rathausplatz and the Traunbrücke, approx. 200 meters away.

By car:
Westautobahn A1: Vienna - Voralpenkreuz-A1 - exit A1 Laakirchen West - via Laakirchen to Gmunden
Westautobahn A1: Munich - Salzburg - Exit A1 Regau - to Gmunden

Parking in the city center:
Underground car park approx. 200 meters away, numerous parking spaces in the city center (short-term parking zone during the day).
