The "Museum of the Future" brings the future into the present. The Ars Electronica Center is considered the center of the UNESCO City of Media Arts. Here, visitors not only test and explore pioneering technologies, but are also encouraged to take a critical look at them.
Watching artificial intelligence "thinking" or training self-driving cars, programming robots and print in 3-D. The museum is a place to participate, research and discover.
Visitors are clearly shown here that the future has already begun.
There is hardly a field of human activity today that is not affected by artificial intelligence and technologies.
Progress is unstoppable, but how do you steer it in the right direction? And what is the right direction anyway? These are the questions that the new exhibition "Navigate the Future" has made its motto
Ars Electronica Festival
Once a year the Ars Electronica Festival, which is known far beyond the borders of Austria, takes place and presents numerous media art projects throughout Linz. Artists, researchers and scientists from all over the world are invited to the city on the Danube to work on topics at the interface between art, technology and society. Participation in shaping, discussing and trying things out is expressly desired.
