Day 1 - Individual arrival in Passau
Arrival for your cycling vacation on the Danube cycle path. Check into your room and hand over your cycle tour documents at the hotel in Passau. The rental bikes for your Danube cycle tour are handed over at the bike rental point in Passau. Use the first day of your cycle tour to visit the three-river city of Passau. Day 2 - From Passau to Feldkirchen/Aschach, approx. 70 km
Today's stage of your cycle tour in Austria is full of scenic variety. You start by cycling along the Danube Cycle Path via the Upper Danube Valley towards Engelhartszell. Fortify yourself with a monastery liqueur at Engelszell Abbey. Continue along the cycle path along the Danube via the Schlögener Schlinge to the enchanting Danube town of Aschach. Day 3 - From Feldkirchen/Aschach to Grein/surroundings, approx. 85 km
On this day of your cycle tour in Upper Austria, you will cross the expanses of the Eferding Basin. After a short stop in Linz, the capital of Upper Austria, you set off for the small shipping and baroque town of Grein on the Danube. Hotel example: Gasthof zur Traube*** in Grein

Day 4 - From Grein/surroundings to Krems, approx. 85 km
Today's cycle tour along the Danube cycle path takes you through the impressive landscape of the Strudengau and Nibelungengau regions to the Wachau. You pass well-known towns such as Weißenkirchen, Spitz and Dürnstein on the cycle path in Lower Austria. Your fourth cycle tour on the Danube cycle path ends in Krems an der Donau. Day 5 - From Krems to Vienna, approx. 80 km

Day 6 - Return journey to Passau or additional nights
