He’ll guide us through the evening with a selection of his wines, paired with complementary dishes from Delingo’s kitchen. Here’s to a culinary and fun evening with you all! In the far east of Austria, we find ourselves in a truly fortunate position, where our family has been producing wine since 1684, a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here, we have the peace and patience to focus on what really matters. To produce distinctive, timeless, and enduring wines from native grape varieties that will accompany you throughout your life. The Pannonian climate around Lake Neusiedl is not only pleasant and wonderful for living, but also perfect for viticulture. The diverse soils compel us to produce wines of the highest quality, which for us means maximum naturalness and closeness to nature. That is why we made the transition, and starting with the 2013 vintage, all of our estate wines are organic or biodynamic. We’re thrilled to have Martin Nittnaus with us!
