Indoor Aquathlon: swimming and running competition

The swimming and running events will be held in separate age groups.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes in this regard.

The swimming event takes place in the Olympic-size pool (50 m) at the Gugl. Following the swim, there will be a break in this indoor competition until the subsequent run at the Tips Arena. The running event will be a pursuit race using the Gundersen method, meaning each runner starts the run with a time deficit relative to the leader in the swimming event; the first runner to cross the finish line is the overall winner.
